The Bucket elevator was an old style chain elevator that had failed and caused significant damage to the chains, buckets and elevator casing at the boot area. With the intention to upgrade this elevator to a rubber belt utilizing common assets across their business unit with standard head and tail pulleys, gear motor unit and bearings, Synergia1 went to work to pull it all together.
With this being our first project with Incitec Pivot, we really wanted to show case our workshop, engineering and project capabilities and are extremely proud of how our team delivered.
Original bucket elevator capacity - 60t/hr.
