These final drive differentials are always a welcome sight in the workshop and this video shows some snippets of the journey we take these units through each time they come in for inspection and overhaul.

After the initial inspection it was immediately evident that this project was going to be a great one to be involved with.

In May 2021 we had the pleasure of working with the Incitec Pivot team in Brisbane's Pinkenba plant to repair and retro fit one of their bucket elevators.
The Bucket elevator was an old style chain elevator that had failed and caused significant damage to the chains, buckets and elevator casing at the boot area. With the intention to upgrade this elevator to a rubber belt utilizing common assets across their business unit with standard head and tail pulleys, gear motor unit and bearings, Synergia1 went to work to pull it all together.
With this being our first project with Incitec Pivot, we really wanted to show case our workshop, engineering and project capabilities and are extremely proud of how our team delivered.
